Whoever is reading this, wherever you are, however you came here, we want to thank you. It's our birthday and we are so excited to share it with you all. We sincerely thank you all so much for your continuous support and unwavering loyalty. You've helped us donate toys to children, wrote letters to frontline workers, learned new skills through our workshops, enrolled your kids in our youth programs, and so so so much more.
1 year ago, on June 16th, 2020, Connect Volunteering was officially incorporated by the Washington State Secretary of State as a registered non-profit organization. Led by Rajdeep Das with the help of his small team (Tommy Cepollina and Swetha Pandravada), Connect grew to huge heights in no time. We went from local newspapers to PBS's official Instagram and live television. We went from 5 volunteers to nearly 700. We went from 0 items donated, to over 3,000. We did this all with you by our side. You donated your time, money, and services to us and for that, we are forever grateful.
Here's to a truly special year, and here's to the next one as well.
